USA Ultimate is proud to expand its youth camp offerings for the summer of 2012 to 3 weeks of day camps for all skill levels of 7-15 year olds. Please mark your calendars for the following camps, all camps are co-educational.
Each camp will be limited in size and each camper will recieve a Camp T-shirt and disc.
How to Register
1. Fully complete the Registration form below & click the submit button
2. Pay the registration fee
3. Mail completed waiver and Medical Authorization forms to USA Ultimate
4. Campers will receive payment confirmation within 3 business days of receipt of payment & acceptance into the camp.
5. Detailed Camper Information Packets will be provided via email & this website 4-6 weeks prior to the camps.

There are two methods of payment:
*Discounted registration is available for Boulder Residents to the two Boulder clinics. Contact camps@usaultimate.org for more info.
- Check - made out to USA Ultimate. Mail to: 4730 Table Mesa Dr. Suite I-200C. Boulder, CO 80305.
- Paypal - Choose the correct link(s) below to pay for camp:
- Boulder Half-Day $144 Pay Now
- Boulder Full-Day $219 Pay Now
- Denver Full-Day $219 Pay Now
Refund Policy:
Cancellations more than two weeks prior to the start of camp will incur a $15 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for cancelations after the monday two weeks prior to the start of camp.
Forms
The following forms must be completed and submitted to USA Ultimate at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the session.

Camp Confirmations
Campers will receive payment confirmation within 3 business days of receipt of payment & acceptance into the camp.
